| Storage Fees |
| You can use as much as you need, but you’ll never pay for more than you use. We’re here to help you grow. So, we’ve kept our Storage fees at a flat rate of $0.50/cubic foot. Storage fees are based on the highest amount of storage space occupied in a given month and billed at the beginning of the following month. |

| Handling & Packaging |
| Because we are able to enjoy volume discounts for purchase of packing materials, our handling fees are kept low. Basic Handling is $2.00 per order of a single item, plus $0.50 for additional items. Packaging is $0.50 per item. |

| Shipping Charges |
| Shipping charges are calculated at time of shipment, and are based on product measurements, weights, and destination. After your customer details are entered, the Control Center will display several real-time quotes from Purolator, UPS, and FedEx. |

| The shipping carrier preference is ultimately yours. But do remember that our rates from all partners are about 10 to 30% lower than what shipping companies normally offer. |
